Shipping policy

1. Free U.S. Shipping
All orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. No code required—just add to cart and checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders 1–2 business days after payment clears. During peak periods, this may occasionally extend to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Timing
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days from shipment, though actual transit time depends on your location and carrier service selected.

3. Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@gelisleep.com. Once your package has shipped, we may be unable to modify the address or intercept the package.

4. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged in transit, missing contents, or significantly delayed, contact our support team promptly at support@gelisleep.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
